Southern Wine & Spirits

John P. Stopen Engineering provided Structural engineering services for a new 250,178 SF distribution center on a 37-acre site in the Town of Salina for Southern Wine and Spirits of America, Inc. The pre-cast concrete and glass structure features a 2-story office, conference and services area in addition to housing a high-efficiency distribution operation.

JPS, LLC engineers are currently preparing construction documents for a 187,128 SF warehouse addition with super flat floor slab.
