Homewood Suites

JPS, LLP is Structural and Geotechnical Engineer of Record for this four-story hotel facility. The structural system includes load bearing cold-formed metal framing with hollow core concrete plank floor systems. Lateral resistance is achieved with cold formed strap bracing. The bearing walls are supported by structural steel beams above the lobby floor. A separate pool and fitness building includes a conventional steel framed roof.
